ZERO loyalty or care for their employees. **PROCEED WITH CAUTION** You will be treated like you don't even exist and are lucky to be there the first 6-9+ months you "hired on" through temp agency.It is Constantly an uphill battle with the huge disconnect in communication within management that they continue to fail to reconnect. As long as the sales reps are making sales and the corporation is making money they DO NOT care about the people that actually engineer how to make and put out the best quality product possible, the people whole actually 'turn the wheel'. You will certainly hear it referred to as "being treated like the red headed step child" once you are in the facility. Do not believe it unless it is in writing, which is hard to get. It is a cut-throat, watch you back kind of company... Good luck... Cons: Temp employees are forced to attend but not included in Company events."

Once it was sold to big wig corporate as****es . they cut hours and made work environment where you dreaded coming into work. If I we're you I'd pass on this place... No advancement and no trust."
