Hi-Pot Respool Inspector (Former Employee) says

"They are so desperate to fill a position that they would go as far as offering someone a job literally 10 minutes after they leave an interview with zero discussion about benefits, pay, etc. Anyone who needed a job would blindly accept thinking that it was a great opportunity."

Molding machine Technician/ Production Lead (Former Employee) says

"They contradict their Company Morals, ethics, and anything they say to you, so don't get your hopes up. ZERO loyalty or care for their employees. **PROCEED WITH CAUTION** You will be treated like you don't even exist and are lucky to be there the first 6-9+ months you "hired on" through temp agency. It is Constantly an uphill battle with the huge disconnect in communication within management that they continue to fail to reconnect. As long as the sales reps are making sales and the corporation is making money they DO NOT care about the people that actually engineer how to make and put out the best quality product possible, the people whole actually 'turn the wheel'. You will certainly hear it referred to as "being treated like the red headed step child" once you are in the facility. Do not believe it unless it is in writing, which is hard to get. It is a cut-throat, watch you back kind of company... Good luck... Cons: Temp employees are forced to attend but not included in Company events."
